The Continental D1RENSSHD one-section, reach-in refrigerator features a self-contained refrigeration system with a plug configuration sporting removable side panels, so installation is straightforward in most settings. It cools with environmentally safe R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its defrost system heats its integral coils to eliminate excess frost, while the condensate evaporator reduces moisture inside the system. The electronic controller has a digital display for temperature tracking, while the high/low alarm indicates when the unit has exceeded or dropped below its preset temperature.

The Continental D1RENSSHD reach-in refrigerator has one section, a 22-cubic-foot space, and holds three steel epoxy-coated shelves. These shelves have pilaster strips for additional support, allowing for various storage configurations. While the unit's interior and exterior are made of durable stainless steel, the 3-inch polyurethane insulation helps hold temperatures. The compartment has an LED lighting system, and to provide space underneath for cleaning, the legs elevate the body.
