Made with stainless steel front panels and aluminum interior panels, the Continental D1RESN one-section reach-in refrigerator withstands heavy use, dents, and scratches. The 18-cubic-foot interior is accessible through the solid door, which has a chrome-polished handle and cylinder lock. To accommodate placement in smaller kitchens, the door features a field-reversible design. The interior shelves are epoxy coated to resist rust buildup and have a wire configuration that promotes even airflow throughout the cabinet. For installation on rough surfaces, the refrigerator's legs are adjustable for balance.

The Continental D1RESN refrigerator is insulated with 3-inch polyurethane foam and uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to hold cold temperatures. To reduce maintenance time, the refrigeration system eliminates ice and water buildup with its off-cycle defrost and hot gas condensate evaporator. The unit's digital controls adjust temperature, defrost, and evaporator settings, while the temperature display provides an accurate reading of internal conditions.
