The Continental D1RNSAPTHD one-section pass-thru refrigerator's 21-cubic-foot space holds three epoxy-coated steel shelves. Its pass-thru design enables stocking from the front or the rear, and its construction consists of a stainless steel exterior, aluminum interior, and thick polyurethane insulation for temperature retention and durability. Items stored inside are made visible with the unit's internal LED lighting system. It's elevated on 6-inch legs so cleaning underneath the unit is simple, and it's fitted with four half-height doors that feature Santoprene® door gaskets to create an airtight closure.

Items inside the Continental D1RNSAPTHD pass-thru, reach-in refrigerator are kept cool via the self-contained refrigeration system. Its plug-style configuration allows it to be field installed or uninstalled on site, and it uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-safe operation. The refrigerator's defrost system heats the coils to inhibit frost accumulation, and temperatures are adjusted via the electronic control, which features a high/low alarm so conditions stay simple to monitor.
