The refrigerator's stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior is durable for frequent use, while the interior is visible through and accessible with the triple-pane glass door. The door's magnetic gasket effectively seals in cold air, while the door can be locked when not in use to protect stored products.

The Continental D1RSNSAGD refrigerator utilizes R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, an off-cycle defrost, and electric condensate evaporator to maintain cold temperatures. The temperature levels and utility settings are managed electronically, and the included digital display provides an accurate temperature reading. The unit's self-contained refrigeration system is top mounted to inhibit the intake of dust, dirt, and debris from the floor.
