The two front half-height doors work with 3 inches of polyurethane foam insulation to maintain cool conditions. These doors self-close to reduce recovery time and can be locked to prevent theft.

Mounted atop the Continental D1RSNSSHD Designer Line reach-in refrigerator is the self-contained refrigeration system that is positioned away from floor debris, which also provides ample room within the unit. The system works to achieve the desired operating temperature determined by the electronic controller's input settings. To ensure safe and efficient operation, the refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant. If a drastic temperature shift occurs, an audible alarm will sound until addressed.
