Capable of holding up to eight 4-inch-deep, sixth-size food pans, the Continental D27N8FBD sandwich/salad prep table can hold a variety of ingredients for pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and wings. To resist rust and corrosion, this unit has a stainless steel top, end panels, and interior, and to catch food debris and simplify cleaning, this unit has a removable tub that sits below the food pans. For optimal storage capability, this unit has two stainless steel roll out drawers. To provide a tight seal, the drawers are equipped with Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets.

Fitted with 2 inches of polyurethane insulation and an insulated lid, the Continental D27N8FBD sandwich/salad prep table can maintain cool temperatures throughout heavy use. This table comes with a full-length, 12-inch-deep nylon cutting board for preparing food items. An ideal item for eco-conscious establishments, this unit relies on R290 refrigerant, which is an energy-efficient and eco-friendly hydrocarbon. Using the electronic controls and the digital temperature display, operators can program temperatures between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
