The Continental D2RSNSS reach-in refrigerator has a 32-cubic-foot space that can hold the six included epoxy-coated steel shelves. The held merchandise is simple to see using the LED lighting system. It has a stainless steel construction for durability and corrosion resistance, and the 3-inch polyurethane foam between its panels keeps heat out to limit energy usage. The 6-inch stainless steel legs are adjustable to simplify cleaning the perimeter of the unit.

The Continental D2RSNSS refrigerator's top-mounted refrigeration system cools with R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The off-cycle defrost combats the collection of ice and frost, and the condensate evaporator gets rid of any moisture that accumulates after a defrost cycle. Temperatures are adjusted with the electronic controls, while the high/low alarm indicates when the unit has breached preset ranges.
