Continental D2RSNSS-F 52" Poultry & Fish File Refrigerator W/ (2) Sections & (8) Drawers, 115v

With eight drawers, the Continental Refrigeration D2RSNSS-F poultry and fish file works great for organizing and keeping track of various fish. It is designed to keep fish from drying out, while any excess moisture from the fish drains out a hole in each drawer pan and down the cabinet's 1-inch drain. Each of the drawers can hold the included 15⁵/₈-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pan or a 12-inch by 20-inch perforated pan that is sold separately. For durability, the drawers have roller tracks and chrome handles. Likewise, the cabinet itself is made of 300 series stainless steel, which is highly resistant to corrosion.

This Continental Refrigeration D2RSNSS-F fish file maintains interior temperatures using R290A hydrocarbon refrigerant, fans, and dense polyurethane insulation. The refrigerant runs through an expansion valve, which regulates and adjusts the flow in response to temperature changes. The temperature level can be controlled and monitored using the digital display and, if the temperature leaves the safe zone, the unit audibly alarms to alert users of the problem.
