Ideal for locations looking to expand their prep space, the Continental D32N12M-D Designer Line sandwich prep unit is a compact cabinet measuring 32 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 43¹/₄ inches high; it's constructed of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. The cabinet's top is fitted with 12 sixth-size pans housed in a deep tub; these pieces are removable for cleaning and replenishment as needed. A full-length cutting board made of nylon for longevity and ease of maintenance is positioned in front of the wells. Below are a set of drawers, each of which is fitted with polished chrome handles and magnetic gaskets.

Positioned at the back of the Continental D32N12M-D mighty-top sandwich unit, behind a removable plate, is its self-contained refrigeration system. This unit works to maintain desired operating temperature while utilizing R290 refrigerant for safe and efficient operation. To reduce the need for staff intervention, the system is equipped with an automatic hot-gas condensate evaporator and an electric off-cycle defrost. This unit can be set between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
