The Continental D32N8-FB prep table's refrigeration system maintains consistent temperatures using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Because of its self-contained design, this unit can be installed in most settings with ease. The unit's unique airflow distribution has a holding range between 33 and 41 degrees, while the off-cycle defrost combats the accumulation of frost or ice.
