Continental D32N8-FB-D 32" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

As part of the Designer Line series, the Continental D32N8-FB-D sandwich/salad prep table has two drawers with a roll-out design for comfortable use. They feature Santoprene™ gaskets for an airtight seal. The top side of the body features a 12-inch cutting board for food prep, and the insulated top protects product from contaminants and debris. The body is fully made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability, while thick polyurethane insulation helps maintain consistent cabinet temperatures. For a variety of floor plans and settings, it sits on 3³/₄-inch casters.

The Continental D32N8-FB-D prep table's refrigeration system stays consistently cool using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit's unique airflow distribution helps the pans maintain temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees, and the off-cycle defrost reduces heavy ice accumulation. The condensate evaporator will assist with reducing heavy amounts of moisture as defrosting occurs. The refrigeration system stays simple to maintenance because it's rear mounted.
