Continental D36N10C 36" Designer Line Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

For enhanced temperature retention, the Continental D36N10C sandwich/salad prep table is made of stainless steel with polyurethane foam insulation between the paneling. For optimal food preparation, the cutting board is 19 inches deep, and the top compartment comes with recessed pans to store popular ingredients. The two solid doors are spring loaded for a self-closing feature, which reduces recovery time, and they use magnetic gaskets to create a tight door seal. The unit's two interior shelves support heavy-duty use. For balance on uneven floors, this prep table is fitted with 6-inch adjustable legs.

The Continental D36N10C prep table utilizes R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a self-contained refrigeration system to produce and maintain internal temperatures. These temperature levels are digitally controlled. Both the controller and refrigeration system are back mounted for convenient access, and the controller features a digital display and high/low alarm for temperature monitoring. To reduce water and frost accumulation, this prep table includes an off-cycle defrost system and hot gas condensate evaporator.
