Continental D36N15M-FB 36" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental D36N15M-FB Designer Line sandwich unit features a compact design measuring 36 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 41 inches high. Its top is fitted with 15 sixth-size wells housed in a tub; these components can be removed for cleaning as needed. The insulated lid can be pulled down to keep stored ingredients cool and protected from pests, and affixed to the base are two solid doors that self-close and can be locked. The interior spans 10.3 cubic feet and is fitted with two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves.

Mounted at the rear of the Continental D36N15M-FB salad/sandwich preparation table is its self-contained refrigeration system, which works to maintain set temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees as determined by the electronic controller's input settings. If the system experiences a drastic shift in temperature, an audible alert sounds until addressed, and for safe and efficient operation, this system utilizes R290 refrigerant.
