Continental D36N8C 36" Designer Line Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

This Continental D36N8C prep table features a refrigerated base and a unique airflow distribution system that can be set between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit's electronic controller provides simple means for control and temperature adjustment. Though this rear-mounted refrigeration system is simple to access for service, the integrated off-cycle defrost system and condensate evaporator are great for preemptive maintenance.

The top of the Continental D36N8C Designer Line sandwich and salad prep table features eight 4-inch-deep pans and a 19-inch, full-length cutting board for convenient food prep and holding. The insulated lid at the top of the prep table shields the items contaminants, and the unit's stainless steel construction helps support a long lifespan of use. The 2-inch-thick polyurethane insulation between the paneling keeps heat out for temperature consistency.
