The Continental D3RRFNPT dual-temperature cabinet features a pass-thru design ideal for center kitchen placement to bridge preparation stations. This three-section unit is divided via the six solid doors, with four on the refrigerator side and two on the freezer end. Each side is controlled via its respective electronic controller where staff can set the desired holding temperature and monitor the cabinet's functions. To prevent theft, each door can be locked and features a self-closing design to reduce recovery time.

The Continental D3RRFNPT three-section dual cabinet's refrigerator and freezer both utilize the self-contained refrigeration system, mounted atop the unita'¬a€away from floor debrisa'¬a€to maximize interior space. To ensure safe and efficient operation, this system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The refrigerator side is equipped with an off-cycle defrost system, while the freezer side has an automatic version; both prevent ice development within their section.
