The Continental D48N10-D Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table's stainless steel exterior and interior panels can withstand heavy use because they resist dents, scratches, and corrosion. This prep table has four roll-out drawers for interior access. These drawers have magnetic gaskets for a tight seal, and they are easily removable for cleaning or replacement. This unit facilitates food preparation with its 12-inch nylon cutting board and top compartment that can hold 10 sixth-size recessed pans. For balance on uneven surfaces, this unit has four adjustable legs.

The Continental D48N10-D prep table utilizes R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for energy-efficient and eco-friendly cooling, and the cold air that is produced is maintained with polyurethane foam insulation and an insulated top lid. This unit is electronically controlled for quick, accurate temperature and defrost adjustments, while the refrigeration system is self-contained for smooth installation. Both the control panel and refrigeration system are located on the back of the unit for streamlined cleaning and servicing. This unit includes a hot gas condensate evaporator that eliminates excess water for optimal operation.
