Featuring a 13.4-cubic-foot interior, the Continental D48N10-FB Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table can store various products on its two epoxy-coated steel shelves. The refrigerated base is accessible through the two self-closing doors, and each door is field rehingeable for versatile placement. This unit is cooled with R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and the cold air is maintained with the self-contained refrigeration system, which contains an off-cycle defrost and automatic, hot gas condensate evaporator. The holding temperature is managed using the electronic controls and can be monitored on the external display.

The Continental D48N10-FB prep table facilitates food preparation with its 12-inch-deep cutting board and top compartment that holds 10 sixth-size recessed pans. To ensure pan products are constantly chilled in temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the top lid is insulated. An interior tub is located below the pans, and it can be removed for streamlined cleaning. While the stainless steel exterior and interior withstand constant use, the 3³/₄-inch casters support mobility when transportation between locations is needed. Overall, this prep table measures 48 inches wide by 32³/₁₆ inches deep by 41 inches high.
