Continental D48N10-FB-D 48" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Measuring 48 inches wide by 32³/₁₆ inches deep by 41 inches high, the Continental D48N10-FB-D Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table is made of stainless steel for durability and sits on four casters. For convenient access to popular ingredients, the top compartment stores up to 10 sixth-sized recessed pans, and the 12-inch cutting board provides a space for food preparation. The interior measures 13.4 cubic feet and holds stored items in its four roll-out drawers.

The Continental D48N10-FB-D prep table's refrigeration system is self-contained for simplified installation and contains an off-cycle defrost and hot gas condensate evaporator for reduced maintenance requirements. Equipped with electronic controls, staff can adjust the top compartment's holding temperature from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The top compartment and refrigerated base's holding temperatures can be monitored using the LED display. These temperatures are sustained with R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation, and the insulated top lid.
