The stainless steel front, top, end panels, and interior ensure durability and corrosion resistance, while two solid, self-closing, field-rehingeable doors offer flexibility and secure storage. Powered by a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, the Continental D48N12-FB two-section cabinet uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and an expansion valve system for reliable cooling. The temperature holding range of 33-41 degrees Fahrenheit is ideal for food preservation, while the non-corrosive, plasticized fin evaporator coil and automatic hot gas condensate evaporator support consistent performance with minimal maintenance. Electronic controls with a digital display and high-low temperature alarm allow for precise adjustments, and off-cycle defrost helps maintain optimal operation. The unit is mounted on 3-3/4-inch casters for mobility and includes two heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves for added storage flexibility.
