To retain cool conditions, the Continental D48N12-FB-D sandwich/salad prep table is equipped with Santoprene® magnetic snap-in door gaskets and 2 inches of polyurethane foam insulation between its metal paneling for temperature retention. This unit can be a valuable addition to eco-conscious locations, as it operates using eco-friendly and energy-efficient R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. This unit has a stainless steel construction to resist corrosion, dents, rust, and other exterior damage. This unit is front breathing and has a self-contained refrigeration system, which is back mounted to avoid collision damage. The digital controls and temperature are also back mounted and must be used to program desired temperatures.

Capable of holding (12) 4-inch-deep sixth-size recessed pans, the Continental D48N12-FB-D sandwich/salad prep table can store ingredients for preparing sandwiches, pizza, salads, wings, desserts, and more. This unit has a tub placed below the pans, which can be removed to facilitate cleaning between shifts. This unit is adorned with a 12-inch, full-length nylon cutting board, which can be used to prepare various food items simultaneously. This unit has an insulated lid to preserve cool temperatures when not in use and features a 13.4-cubic-foot interior that's accessed through four roll-out drawers.
