For precise temperature programming, the Continental D48N12C-D Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table is operated using intuitive digital controls that can program temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The 13.4-cubic-foot interior can hold (12) 4-inch-deep, sixth-size pans, making it a good choice for ingredient storage. To provide durability and corrosion resistance, this unit has a stainless steel front, top, end panels, and interior. For optimal temperature retention, this unit is equipped with 2 inches of polyurethane insulation. The table lid is insulated and has Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in door gaskets to provide a tight seal.

The interior of the Continental D48N12C-D Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table is accessed through four stainless steel roll-out drawers, which are equipped with polished chrome door handles. To streamline maintenance between shifts, the interior tub, which sits below the pans, can be removed for cleaning. To avoid collision damage, the refrigeration system and controls are mounted to the back of the unit. To provide an eco-conscious footprint, this unit utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
