Capable of holding (12) 4-inch-deep recessed pans, the Continental D48N12C-FB sandwich/salad prep table can be a valuable addition to pizza or sub shops. Operators can store food preparation ingredients in the stainless steel interior and prepare food items on the 19-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board. To simplify cleaning, this unit has a removable tub that can sit under the pans to catch food debris and be quickly cleaned and re-installed. The interior has two sections and is accessed through two spring-loaded doors, which have a self-closing design to lock in cool conditions.

To improve recovery times during heavy use, the Continental D48N12C-FB sandwich/salad prep refrigerator has 2 inches of polyurethane insulation sandwiched between its metal paneling. This unit relies on R290 refrigerant to maintain an operating temperature range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent ice and water accumulation, this unit is equipped with an off-cycle defrost and an automatic, hot gas condensate evaporator, and to help maintain set temperatures, this unit has an insulated lid and completely enclosed case backing.
