Constructed of stainless steel, the Continental D48N12M sandwich/salad prep table can withstand the wear and tear of consistent, high-volume use, as it's resistant to dents, corrosion, and rust. This unit spans 13.4 cubic feet and offers two sections that are accessed through two spring-loaded, self-closing doors. This unit measures 48 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 43¹/₄ inches high and is fitted with an 8-inch-deep nylon cutting board for food preparation. Ideal for pizzerias and sandwich shops requiring a variety of ingredients to prepare menu items, this unit can hold (12) 4-inch-deep, sixth-size, recessed pans. To simplify cleaning, this unit has a removeable tub below the pans to catch food debris.

To retain cool conditions during use, the Continental D48N12M sandwich/salad prep table is insulated with 2 inches of polyurethane foam sandwiched between its metal paneling; it has a high/low alarm that sounds if the interior temperature fluctuates. The self-contained and rear-mounted refrigeration system relies on eco-friendly R290 refrigerant to maintain a set temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent ice and moisture buildup, this unit has an off-cycle defrost and a hot gas condensate evaporator that operates automatically.
