Continental D48N18M 48" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental D48N18M refrigerated preparation station is great for locations looking to add an assembly table to streamline assembly of salads and sandwiches. The top of the unit has an arrangement of 18 sixth-size ingredient pans housed in a large well. All these components are removable for cleaning or replenishing as needed. Along the front edge of the top is a full-length 8-inch-deep nylon cutting board.

Positioned at the back of the Continental D48N18M salad/sandwich preparation cabinet is its self-contained refrigeration system covered by a removable panel for easy access. This system is equipped with an automatic, hot-gas condensate evaporator and an off-cycle defrost system. Additionally, the system uses R290 refrigerant, an environmentally safe and efficient hydrocarbon. The cabinet's interior spans 13.4 cubic feet and has two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves.
