Continental D48N18M-FB 48" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental D48N18M-FB salad/sandwich preparation station has a front-breathing refrigeration system, so it can be placed against a wall; this prevents hot exhaust from becoming trapped and warming the paneling. This system uses R290 refrigerant, an environmentally safe and efficient alternative to traditional refrigerants. It also features an automatic, hot-gas condensate evaporator and an off-cycle defrost system to help maintain ideal conditions. To set the desired holding temperature from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, users must access the electronic controller.

Overall, the Continental D48N18M-FB compact preparation cabinet is constructed of stainless steel with an interior spanning 13.4 cubic feet. This area is fitted with two epoxy-coated wire shelves and enclosed by two solid doors. The top of the cabinet features an inlet with a well that houses 18 sixth-size pans; these are removable as needed. An insulated lid pulls down to cover the arrangement, preventing pest exposure and increases in temperature. In front of the wells is a full-length, 8-inch-deep nylon cutting board to provide a clean place to assemble recipes.
