Continental D48N18M-FB-D 48" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental D48N18M-FB-D refrigerated sandwich/salad preparation table from the Designer Line series features a stainless steel build. Atop the cabinet is an arrangement of 18 sixth-size pans housed in a removable well. An insulated lid can be pulled down to protect ingredients from exposure to pests and warm conditions. In front of this is a full-length cutting board made of nylon for easy cleaning. The base of the unit is fitted with four roll-out stainless steel doors each with polished handles.

Positioned at the back of the Continental D48N18M-FB-D refrigerated preparation table is its self-contained refrigeration system that works to bring the unit's interior to the desired holding temperature. This is set via the electronic controller and ranges from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. To prolong the system's longevity, it's equipped with an off-cycle defrost and hot-gas condensate evaporator. For safe and efficient operation, R290 refrigerant is used with this system.
