Continental D48N8-D 48" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental D48N8-D Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table has four roll-out drawers for 13.4 cubic feet of storage. These drawers seal with Santoprene™ snap-in gaskets that can be removed for cleaning or replacement. This unit is constructed of stainless steel for durability, while the 12-inch-deep cutting board is made of nylon. The top compartment can hold eight sixth-size recessed pans, and the interior tub below the pans is removable. Fitted with 6-inch adjustable legs for balance on uneven floors, this unit measures 48 inches wide by 32³/₁₆ inches deep by 43¹/₄ inches high overall.

Able to be set between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the Continental D48N8-D prep table ensures pan products are constantly cooled, and these cold temperatures are maintained with R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 2 inches of polyurethane foam insulation. Because the self-contained refrigeration system is rear mounted, it provides easy access to the external control panel and LED digital display for quick temperature adjustments. This system includes an off-cycle defrost to eliminate ice formation on coils and other components; the hot gas condensate evaporator operates automatically for energy efficiency.
