From the Designer Line series, the Continental D60N-U sandwich/salad preparation table is a durable stainless steel cabinet with a removable rear aluminum panel that enables access to the self-contained refrigeration system. The cabinet is designed for installation beneath worktops to provide additional storage space and streamline replenishment and recipe assembly. Inside, the base spans 17 cubic feet, includes 2 wire shelves, and is enclosed by solid, self-closing doors.

At the rear of the Continental D60N-U undercounter refrigerated cabinet is its self-contained refrigeration system, which works to maintain the cool conditions dictated by the electronic controller's input. This system is equipped with an automatic hot-gas evaporator with a plasticized fin coil and an off-cycle defrost for efficient operation. Ideal for eco-conscious locations, this unit utilizes eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
