Continental D60N12 60" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Designed with stainless steel panels, the Continental D60N12 Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table combats rust, scratches, and dents, while the two interior shelves have a heavy-duty configuration and an epoxy coating for corrosion resistance. For interior access, this unit has two solid doors with self-closing hinges, a field-rehingeable design, and Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets. The top compartment holds 12 sixth-size recessed pans and has a removable interior tub located underneath the pans. This unit measures 60 inches wide by 32³/₁₆ inches deep by 43¹/₄ inches high and offers 17 cubic feet of interior space.

The Continental D60N12 prep table features a self-contained refrigeration system that is located on the back of the unit for convenient access, which eases cleaning and servicing. This prep table utilizes R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to reach set temperatures from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Staff can make quick, accurate temperature adjustments using the external control panel, and for temperature monitoring, the digital display provides a current readout. The cabinet is insulated with non-CFC polyurethane foam, and the top compartment has an insulated lid to prevent cold air from escaping.
