For efficient operation, the Continental D60N12-FB Designer Line sandwich prep unit uses a self-contained refrigeration system mounted at the rear and covered by a removable panel. As an eco-safe alternative to traditional refrigerants, this system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It's front breathing to prevent hot air buildup and enable flush installment against a wall. This unit is equipped with an automatic condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost to reduce the need for physical maintenance and improve its longevity.

This Continental D60N12-FB sandwich/salad preparation table is an ideal addition to workstations. It's built of stainless steel with 2 inches of polyurethane foam insulation to ensure durability and to maintain cool conditions. The top features an arrangement of 12 sixth-size pans housed in a well; these components are all removable. In front of this arrangement is a full-length nylon cutting board to streamline recipe assembly. The base's interior spans 17 cubic feet and has two epoxy-coated steel shelves. Two solid doors enclose the space and are fitted with polished chrome handles.
