Continental D60N12-FB-D 60" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

As seen in the Designer Line series, the Continental D60N12-FB-D sandwich/salad prep table features a refrigerated base that is divided via the four roll-out drawers. These feature polished chrome handles and removable magnetic gaskets. Its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system cools the cavities from 33 to 41 degrees as dictated by the electronic controller's input settings. This system utilizes R290 refrigerant, an efficient and safe alternative to traditional refrigerants.

Mounted atop the Continental D60N12-FB-D refrigerated preparation table is an array of 12 sixth-size pans that are housed in a removable tub. These are cooled by the circulated air in the base. The insulated lid at the back can be pulled down to maintain cool conditions and prevent contamination. A full-length cutting board spans in front of the array to streamline recipe assembly. It's made of nylon for durability and ease of maintenance.
