From the Designer Line series, the Continental D60N12C-FB-D sandwich unit is ideal for locations looking to expand preparation stations, as it features a large arrangement of 12 sixth-size pans housed in a removable tub. An insulated lid is installed behind this array and can be pulled down to protect ingredients from temperature fluctuations. In front of the wells is a full-length nylon cutting board.

Overall, the Continental D60N12C-FB-D refrigerated preparation station is made of stainless steel. Its self-contained refrigeration system is positioned at the rear of the unit behind a removable panel. For safe and efficient operation, it utilizes R290 refrigerant and is front breathing to enable flush installment against a wall. The cabinet cools from 33 to 41 degrees; this is adjusted and monitored via the electronic controller.
