Continental D60N16 60" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental D60N16 sandwich prep table is part of the Designer Line series and has a refrigerated base to store inventory. This unit has a stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior to ensure an extended service life. The top of this unit can hold (16) 4-inch-deep sixth-size pans and is designed to prepare food items such as subs, pizza, and salads on its 12-inch-deep nylon cutting board. This unit has an interior tub below the pans to catch food debris and can be removed to expedite cleaning. The base of this unit is accessed through two spring-loaded, self-closing doors with polished chrome door handles that provide a firm grip.

The refrigerated base of the Continental D60N16 sandwich prep table relies on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain a set temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperature manipulation is performed via the digital controller and LED display. If the cabinet experiences an undesired shift in temperature, these controls have an alarm that sounds to alert the issue. This unit has 2 inches of polyurethane insulation between its metal paneling to help retain cool conditions and reduce recovery times. For stability of uneven floors, this unit sits atop 6-inch, adjustable stainless steel legs.
