For efficient preparation space, the full-length nylon cutting board measures 12 inches deep. The refrigerated base has 17 cubic feet of interior space, which is divided with four roll-out drawers. These drawers feature magnetic gaskets and chrome handles, and along with the exterior and interior panels, the drawers are constructed of durable stainless steel. Overall, this unit measures 60 inches wide by 32³/₁₆ inches deep by 43¹/₄ inches high.

The Continental D60N16-D prep table provides ideal temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and these temperatures are managed using the digital controls and self-contained refrigeration system. This unit utilizes R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly cooling, while the 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation maintains the holding temperature. To ensure optimal conditions, the refrigeration system includes an off-cycle defrost to eliminate ice formation on important coils and a hot gas condensate evaporator gets rid of excess humidity and water.
