Continental D72N12-D 72" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The refrigerated base of the Continental D72N12-D salad/sandwich prep table has a self-contained refrigeration system supported by an automatic, hot gas condensate evaporator that works to prevent moisture build-up and an off-cycle defrost to stop ice from accumulating in the cabinet. This three-section unit is accessed through six stainless steel roll-out drawers with polished chrome handles to provide a comfortable grip. This unit maintains a temperature holding range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. To retain user-set temperatures during heavy use, each drawer is fitted with Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets to establish a tight seal.

To provide durability and resistance to corrosion, the Continental D72N12-D salad/sandwich prep table is constructed of stainless steel. The top of this unit can hold (12) 4-inch-deep, sixth-size food pans and has a nylon cutting board that spans the length of the cabinet in front of the food pans, making it ideal for preparing menu items such as sandwiches, salads, and pizzas. To keep food ingredients fresh, this unit has an insulated lid that can be pulled down to cover the food pans. To provide extra space for use as needed, this cabinet has an extended countertop which measures 23⁵/₁₆ inches long.
