Continental D72N18 72" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

From the Designer Line series, the Continental D72N18 sandwich and salad prep table has a durable stainless steel front, top, end panels, and an interior that's resistant to corrosion and structural damage. The interior paneling is insulated with 2-inch-thick polyurethane to keep heat out and maintain steady internal temperatures. Great for keeping products secure while creating an airtight seal, it's made with three field-reversible doors with snap-in gaskets. The unit's 20-cubic-foot interior space holds three epoxy-coated shelves, and to streamline food prep, the top side has (18) 4-inch-deep pans, an insulated lid, and a 12-inch cutting board.

For simple installation, the Continental D72N18 prep table has a self-contained refrigeration system. It includes a condensate evaporator and expansion valve to streamline operation using R290 refrigerant. It features temperature controls so users can conveniently adjust the temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit; the case back is completely removable for service when needed.
