Continental D72N18M 72" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Part of the Designer Line series, the Continental D72N18M mighty top sandwich unit is a durable unit constructed of stainless steel with 2 inches of polyurethane insulation between the paneling to help lock in cool conditions. The unit's top features a larger arrangement of 18 sixth-sized pans housed in an inner tub. These components are removable for simple cleaning and replenishment. An open space is provided beside the pan array to support packaging and dishware, while a full-length nylon cutting board spans the front.

Mounted at the back of the Continental D72N18M sandwich/salad unit is its self-contained refrigeration system, which works to cool the base to a set level between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit as dictated by the electronic controller's input settings. For safe and efficient operation, the unit uses R290 refrigerant and is equipped with an automatic condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost for longevity. To help reduce corrosion, the evaporator features a plasticized fin coil.
