The Continental DL1W-HD full-height insulated heated cabinet's stainless steel front and aluminum end and interior panels are durable and simple to clean, while its two solid doors have locks that protect stored products during and after shifts. The doors are also equipped with magnetic gaskets that create an airtight seal for temperature retention. Measuring 21 cubic feet, the cabinet is outfitted with three chrome-plated wire shelves, and for optimal storage capabilities, these shelves are adjustable on the heavy-duty pilaster strips. To illuminate stored products, the interior has automatic lighting. Overall, this cabinet measures 26 inches wide by 35³/₈ inches deep by 83¹/₄ inches high.

The Continental DL1W-HD heated cabinet's holding temperature can be adjusted between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit with the electronic controller and monitored on the display. The unit is built with 3 inches of polyurethane foam insulation and stainless steel strip heaters to ensure internal temperatures remain constant. This cabinet eases installation with its self-contained heating system, and it uses a circulating fan and air flow ducts to evenly distribute heat throughout the interior.
