Its four narrow half-height doors feature snap-in door gaskets, while polyurethane insulation help maintain set conditions. The doors stay level on 6-inch stainless steel legs, which makes the surrounding perimeter simple to clean.

The Continental Refrigeration DL1W-SA-PT-HD full-height insulated heating cabinet's self-contained heating system is top mounted. The heating system's plenum design with a recirculating fan, airflow distribution ducts, and stainless steel strip heaters promote even heat. Its temperature controller has an adjustable range from 90 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The high/low alarm will indicate when temperatures have bypassed preset parameters.
