The Continental DL2W full-height insulated cabinet offers a 50-cubic-foot cabinet space that holds three chrome-plated shelves per section. For additional support, they come with heavy-duty pilaster strips. While the front of the unit is made of stainless steel, the end panels and interior are made of aluminum. To assist with maintaining consistent internal temperatures, it's insulated with 3 inches of polyurethane foam and features stainless steel strip heaters. Preserving product safety with an airtight seal, the unit has two narrow solid doors with magnetic snap-in door gaskets.

The Continental DL2W mobile heated cabinet features a top-mounted warming system. Via the electronic controller and digital display, users can adjust temperatures from 90 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The high/low alarm audibly notifies users when pre-set temperatures bypass a safe range, and to ensure equal airflow, the plug plenum system features a circulating fan and airflow ducts.
