The Continental DL2W-SA-PT-HD full-height insulated heated cabinet's exterior is made of stainless steel, while the interior features an aluminum construction; both metals promote durability and corrosion resistance. Designed with a pass-thru configuration, this cabinet is equipped with eight half-height, solid doors that seal with magnetic gaskets and self-close when left open. The interior measures 50 cubic feet, containing six adjustable, chrome-plated steel shelves and automatic lighting. For balance on uneven flooring, this unit sits on four adjustable legs.

Using the electronic controller, users can set the Continental DL2W-SA-PT-HD insulated heated cabinet's holding temperature between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The high/low alarm and external display assist in temperature monitoring. The internal conditions are preserved with 3-inch polyurethane foam insulation and stainless steel strip heaters. The air is evenly circulated throughout the cabinet with the included fan and airflow distribution ducts. With a top-mounted heating plenum, this unit measures 52 inches wide by 38³/₄ inches deep by 83¹/₄ inches high overall.
