Featuring a pass-thru design, the Continental DL2W-SS-PT heated cabinet is a good choice for placement in a central kitchen location, as it enables both front- and back-of-house staff to access the cabinet simultaneously. The cabinet spans 50 cubic feet and is separated into two sections, each of which offers three adjustable, chrome-plated steel shelves. For various storage configurations, the shelves can be adjusted using the heavy-duty pilaster strips. Each section is accessed through two solid, hinged doors on the front and back side.

With a temperature holding range of 90 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, the Continental DL2W-SS-PT warmer is designed to keep food items warm until needed. This unit has a self-contained, top-mounted plenum heating system that uses a circulating fan and stainless steel strip heaters to maintain set temperatures. Temperatures are set using the electronic controls and digital display located on the top-left side of the front of the unit. To contain hot air during use, this unit's doors are self-closing and have Santoprene® magnetic snap-in door gaskets that create an airtight seal.
