Designed to store hot food items on six adjustable, chrome-plated steel shelves, the Continental DL2W-SS-PT-HD insulated heated cabinet can be a valuable addition to pizzerias, bakeries, or locations that must keep a hot buffet station stocked. From the Designer Line series, this unit has a stainless steel front and aluminum interior and end panels to ensure it can withstand the wear and tear of busy foodservice environments. The cabinet offers 50 cubic feet of internal space and is divided into two sections. This unit has a pass-thru configuration to provide access from both sides of the cabinet.

The interior of the Continental DL2W-SS-PT-HD insulated heated cabinet is accessed through eight half-height, solid, hinged doors that self-close to help contain hot air. Additionally, each door is equipped with a Santoprene® door gasket to grant a tight seal. To reduce recovery times during frequent use, this unit has 3-inch-thick polyurethane insulation sandwiched between the metal paneling. To provide a clear view of stored inventory, the interior is fitted with interior lighting that operates automatically.
