With a temperature holding range between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, the Continental DLSWE-SA-HD heated cabinet can be a valuable addition to catering services or locations that have a buffet station. The interior is constructed of aluminum and has six chrome-plated steel shelves that can be adjusted as needed via the heavy-duty pilaster strips. The exterior is constructed of stainless steel to provide durability and resistance to corrosion. Between the metal paneling is 3 inches of polyurethane insulation to help maintain consistent temperatures.

To provide a clear view of stored items, the interior of the Continental DLSWE-SA-HD heated cabinet is equipped with lights that operate automatically. Affixed to the front of this two-section cabinet are four half-height, solid, hinged doors. Each door has a cylinder lock, Santoprene® magnetic door gasket, and polished chrome door handle. To program desired temperatures, staff must use the electronic controller and digital display. To help preserve user-set temperatures, the doors have a self-closing design. To provide stability on uneven floors, this warmer sits atop four adjustable stainless steel legs.
