Designed for easy loading and unloading of food products, the Continental DL2WI warmer has a roll-in configuration. The two-section design has two 66¹/₂-inch-high door opening that can each hold a 66¹/₄-inch-high food rack. To ease maintenance and expedite cleaning between shifts, this unit has a removable stainless steel floor, rack guides and ramps. The interior spans 64 cubic feet overall and has 3 inches of polyurethane insulation to help retain user-set conditions.

The interior of the Continental DL2WI roll-in warmer is accessed through two solid hinged doors that self-close to limit hot air loss during busy shifts. This unit's self-contained heating system maintains a temperature holding range between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. To set desired temperatures, staff must use the electronic controller and digital display. To establish a tight seal when the doors are closed, this warmer has Santoprene® magnetic snap-in door gaskets. To protect stored items from theft or tampering, each door has a cylinder lock.
