A good choice for pizzerias, bakeries, or locations that offer buffet stations, the Continental EL2WI-SA-RT-E warmer is designed to accommodate and store hot food items on two 72-inch-high food racks. The cabinet has an extra-high design and a roll-thru configuration that facilities quick loading and unloading of food racks using the removable rack guides and ramps. The interior is made of aluminum for durability, while the exterior is constructed of stainless steel to provide dent and corrosion resistance. Between the metal panels is 3 inches of polyurethane foam that works to insulate the cabinet.

The interior of the Continental EL2WI-SA-RT-E heated cabinet is accessed from both sides via the four full-height, solid, hinged doors, which self-close to help contain hot air. Additionally, the doors have Santoprene® magnetic snap-in door gaskets to provide an airtight closure. Each door has a polished chrome handle designed to provide a comfortable grip without protruding from the cabinet in a way that would interrupt staff workflow. This cabinet can achieve temperatures between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit and has an electronic controller and digital display to program temperatures.
