A good choice for bakeries, pizzerias, or locations that serve hot buffet items, the Continental DL2WI-SS-E heated cabinet has a two-section cabinet that spans 68 cubic feet and is designed to store two 72-inch-high food racks. Its roll-in configuration simplifies the process of loading and unloading food items, and to streamline cleaning between shifts, the stainless steel floor, rack guides, and ramps are all removable. To provide durability for a long service life, both the interior and exterior of the cabinet are constructed of stainless steel.

To access the interior of the Continental DL2WI-SS-E warmer, operators must use the two full-height, solid, hinged doors. Each door has a cylinder lock to protect stored contents from theft or tampering and a polished chrome door handle to ensure comfortable use. To help preserve interior conditions during heavy use, each door has cam-action, lift-off hinges that self-close if left open and Santorprene™ magnetic snap-in door gaskets that grant an airtight closure to keep hot air from escaping.
