The Continental DL2WI-SS-RT commercial heated cabinet is a roll-thru unit; kitchen staff can wheel cart racks directly inside it, storing them and their contents until serving time. This cabinet has doors on both its front and back, so staff on either side of the cabinet can access the racks. A plug heating system in the cabinet keeps the food warm and can be set to any temperature between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Continental DL2WI-SS-RT heated holding cabinet has a high-low alarm to alert kitchen staff if temperatures become harmful to stored materials. The cabinet's doors are solid€”this helps boost overall heat retention, which is especially important in a roll-through cabinet where both sides are being opened. The doors are fitted with locks for overnight security purposes.
