The Continental DL3W-SA-HD reach-in warmer has three sections and offers 72 cubic feet of internal space. This unit can hold 45 pans on the nine chrome-plated steel shelves; each shelf can be adjusted using the heavy-duty pilaster strips. To provide resistance to corrosion and dents, this unit has a stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior. Ideal for preserving hot food items, this unit has a temperature holding range between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. To keep food items warm for longer periods of time, this warmer has 3 inches of polyurethane insulation sandwiched between the metal paneling. To provide a clear view of shelf items, this unit has LED interior lights.

For interior access, the Continental DL3W-SA-HD heated cabinet has six solid, half-height, hinged doors that have a self-closing design to help maintain interior temperatures during heavy use. To establish a tight seal, this unit has Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in door gaskets, and to provide a comfortable grip, each door is fitted with a polished chrome workflow handle. To protect shelf items from theft or tampering, each door is equipped with a cylinder lock, and to provide stability on uneven floors, this warmer sits atop six 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs. This item is operated via the electronic controller and digital display.
