The Continental DL3WE-HD full-height insulated mobile heating cabinet has six half-height doors with Santoprene® snap-in door gaskets. Their self-closing design helps reduce hot air loss, and the unit's 3-inch-thick polyurethane insulation lessens recovery times as the cabinet is accessed repeatedly. Its end panels and interior are made of aluminum for durability, and the stainless steel front is resistant to corrosion. Products inside are illuminated with an LED lighting system. Since the unit sits on 6-inch stainless steel legs, it remains level. The cabinet has a 75-cubic-foot capacity, three sections, and holds nine heavy-duty shelves.

Top mounted to the Continental DL3WE-HD mobile heating cabinet is its self-contained heating system. Featuring a heating plenum with circulating fan and unique airflow distribution ducts, this unit evenly distributes hot air within the cabinet. Once temperatures are set via the electronic controller, which has a range between 90 and 180 degrees, the strip heaters at the base will promote temperature consistency. The high and low alarms will indicate when the unit has bypassed pre-set temperatures.
